Our team at Trendsetter has a vast knowledge of airfares and plentiful tools on hand to provide you with expert fare assistance. This is across all airlines and in all classes, tailor made to suit your budget and/or frequent flyer preferences. We are also experienced in dissecting air and land packages to ensure that you are receiving the best value and combining as much into a ticket as possible to benefit from interline and luggage allowances. Of course we are familiar with the differences among carriers in respect to aircraft and seat type.

When Trendsetter handles your airline bookings we will also handle your pre-seating* and courtesy chauffeur drive bookings where these are applicable. Importantly, where there are natural disasters or other problems that require you to alter your flights, it will take only 1 call and no on-hold waiting to speak with us for assistance.

At Trendsetter Travel, we believe that if you cannot afford to insure, you should not travel.

We are licensed to sell the travel insurance policy of 3 companies, all of which provide reputable travel insurance cover. In providing you with quotations, we will take into account your personal circumstances e.g. pre-existing medical conditions, age limitations, whether you might be better served by a one year annual policy (some of which include dependents to the age of 21 or 25) and so on.

Experience has taught us that travel insurance is not as simple as completing an online application. There are pitfalls aplenty as some of our clients (purchasing from other sources, or relying on free insurance) have found out to their cost. As an added benefit, we will provide free assistance for claims when the policy is issued by Trendsetter, waiving our standard fee of $400 for insurance related documentation.

At Trendsetter we understand that travelling solo is more often than not expensive since group tour and cruise fares are usually based on twin share pricing and subject to varying single supplement surcharges. However, we are regularly advised of special nil or low single supplement surcharge product to suit solo travellers.
